Pharmacological properties
Ketoconazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent, affecting the cell membrane of the fungus by changing its permeability. Pharmacological studies have shown that ketoconazole has an extremely powerful antimycotic effect against dermatophytes (such as Trichophyton spp., Epidermophyton spp., Microsporum spp.), saccharomyces and Candida albicans. Fungal strains do not have natural resistance to ketoconazole.
Clobetazole Propionate is a corticosteroid hormone that acts as a highly effective anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic agent with minimal side effects.
Neomycin sulfate is an effective remedy against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
The complex of these means makes it a highly effective drug for fungal and bacterial infections, inflammatory processes and itching.
