Its prescribed dosage helps to destroy urinary stones and thus acts as a tonic for the kidneys.
Saxifraga ligulata: The herb is known to have diuretic, soothing and antimicrobial properties. Due to the high content of mucus, which gives herbs its soothing property, it soothes and protects irritated or inflamed internal tissue. As a diuretic, the herb helps to wash out small stones and gravel along with urine.
Dolichos Two - flowered/Egyptian beans (Dolichos biflorus): It has been studied for its anticalcifying activity. The effect of its seeds in vitro on the crystallization of calcium phosphate crystals exhibits pronounced anticalcifying activity. This effect is mainly due to dialysate and dialyzed fractions of Dolichos biflorus seeds. Therefore, it is useful in the treatment of kidney stones, bladder and gallbladder.
Creeping anchors (Tribulus terrestris): This herb is useful for the treatment of urogenital diseases such as kidney stones, bladder infections and other urinary tract infections. It helps to improve the overall condition of the urinary tract by eliminating dysuria (painful urination or blood present in the urine) and crystalluria. Small Caltrops prevent the deposition, accumulation and oversaturation of calcilogenic chemicals in the urine. It is a powerful antimicrobial agent.
Tinospora cordifolia (Tinospora cordifolia): The herb in Ayurveda is counted as a highly effective herb with rejuvenating, adaptogenic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. It helps to treat major infections in urination due to its antibacterial action. It also has detoxifying properties. It supports the normal function of the immune system by maintaining an optimal level of white blood cells.
Varun (Crataeva nurvala): this herb is known for its anti-inflammatory properties that prevent the formation of urinary stones. As a lithotriptic, this herb helps to dissolve kidney stones. The herb is also known for its antimicrobial properties.
Common Barley (Hordeum vulgare): Clinical trials show the use of Hordeum to eliminate kidney stones. Its use in folk medicine significantly reduces urinary excretion of calcium, phosphates, uric acid, magnesium, urea and oxalates. The increased deposition of stone-forming components in the kidneys of calcified rats was significantly reduced with the therapeutic and prophylactic treatment of Hordeum. It was also noted that the treatment of Hordeum resulted in a significant decrease in lipid peroxidation and increased levels of superoxide dismutase and catalase.
Cubeba Pepper (Piper cubeba): Piper cubeba is widely used in traditional medicine to eliminate stones in the urine and treat symptoms such as painful urination, burning when urinating and other urination problems. Being anti-inflammatory in its properties, it helps to treat the underlying inflammation or infection
Asparagus racemosus (Asparagus racemosus): in Ayurveda, it is well mentioned as a rejuvenating and aphrodisiac, this herb has significant diuretic and lithotriptic properties. It is also being evaluated for the treatment of urethritis and other urinary tract infections.
Pineapple crested (Ananas comosus): Clinical trials conducted on this fruit show its importance in normalizing elevated levels of calcium in urine in patients with calcium stone formation (CSF). Herbs also exhibit detoxifying properties and help in removing nitrogen waste from the blood.
Common cucumber (Cucumis sativus): The herb has noticeable cooling properties and helps treat burning when urinating. This helps to maintain the concentration of hydrogen ions in the body normally and has a stimulating effect on the adrenal gland to normalize the nature of thirst and urination.
